ISW is all about “the best”. Recording equipment is no exception. Our gear and equipment list reads like a who’s who of high-end pro audio gear. Our 48 channels of Nyquist Radar offers incomparable sonic reproduction.

The industry standard – Protools – is available at the highest level. A brand new, state-of-the-art Protools HD3 system runs on a MAC Pro with 24 and 30 inch cinema screens in Studio B. Complete with all of the necessary interfaces and TDM plug-ins, both systems set a new standard for the Caribbean and offers visiting producers and engineers the ability to work at the same level as in any other world class studio. All systems are available separately or together.

Our analog outboard gear list includes such names as: Millennia, ViPre, API, Aurora Audio, Great River, Buzz Audio, Sebatron, D.A.V., Purple, Distressor, Brent Avril, OSA and Alan Smart. Effects processors include KSP8, Lexicon, and Eventide.

Our 56 channel Harrison Series 12 board has a completely analog signal chain with full digital control, providing fully recallable automix of all parameters – not just fader movement, but everything! Dynamics, EQ, pans – EVERYTHING!! Fully recallable too!

Digital mixing can be done on a Yamaha O2R96, or our Mackie Universal Pro Control. Final mix down in our “A’ room can be run through an API 2500 or Smart C2 if desired. Live multi-track recording is done on 16 channel Korgs, Roland 2480’s or RADAR (up to 48 tracks) – as required.

Monitor your mixes on: FOCAL, Dynaudio 15AIR, ADAMS, NS10’s, Genelac, Mackie, Events – your choice! Our mic locker features such well known names as: Neumann, Korby, Soundelux, AES, AKG, Audio Technica, Shure, Oktava, Josephson, Sennheiser, Beyer Dynamic and more. Tubes, condensers, ribbons, or dynamics – we have the right tools for every application.

A Yamaha C7 Grand Piano graces our Live Room.

A custom made Allegra kit sits center stage in our percussion room, along with a full compliment of congas, miscellaneous snares, and hand percussion instruments. Studio keyboards include: Korg, Roland and Yamaha. There is a steady addition and rotation of guitars, basses, amps, and effects.
